How Does Our Custom Service Work?

Creating your custom accessory is a collaborative process. Here is how it works:

1. Send Us Your Custom Request

Tell us about your idea in as much detail as possible. The more you share with us, the better we can understand your vision.

You can include:

• A description of what you would like us to embroider
• Reference pictures of your pet, flowers, objects, or other inspirations
• Your preferred colors or overall mood
• Any special details you would like us to include

Don't worry if you aren't sure about every detail. We are happy to discuss your ideas and help you develop the design.

 

2. Choose Your Accessory

Select the type of accessory you would like to have custom embroidered.

Whether you're creating something for yourself or a thoughtful gift for someone special, we'll help you find the right piece for your embroidery design.

3. Choose Your Fabric

Select your preferred fabric and color.

The fabric is an important part of the final look, so we can discuss which color and material would complement your embroidery design best.

4. Share Any Additional Requests

Have something else in mind? Let us know!

For example:

• Need your order by a specific date? Please tell us your desired date, especially if your order is for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or another special occasion.
• Would you like it wrapped as a gift? We offer a gift-packing service. We can also include a handwritten message from you and send the finished gift directly to the recipient's address.

From Your Idea to the Finished Piece

Once we receive your custom request, we will review all the details and come back to you with a price offer and order confirmation.

After your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, the creative process begins.

Step 1: Sketch & Color Mood

We will create an initial sketch based on your ideas and discuss the colors, tones, and overall mood of the embroidery design with you.

We want to make sure the design feels right before moving forward, so your approval is an important part of the process.

Step 2: Embroidery

Once the sketch is approved, we begin the hand embroidery.

This is where your idea slowly comes to life, stitch by stitch.

Step 3: Embroidery Approval

Before moving on to the final sewing, we will provide the embroidered piece for your approval.

If there are details you'd like us to adjust, we are happy to make changes. Our goal is for you to love the finished piece just as much as we enjoyed creating it.

Step 4: Final Sewing

Once the embroidery is approved, we complete the final sewing and finishing of your custom accessory.

And then, your one-of-a-kind handmade piece is ready!

How Long Does a Custom Order Take?

A custom order usually takes approximately 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the timing of your request.

When we receive your quotation, we will provide you with an estimated ready date so you know when to expect your finished piece.

If you have a special date in mind, please let us know when submitting your request. We will always do our best to accommodate your timeline.
