Our story

I am Thu Dang, the owner of the Seriha Handcrafted brand. I am Vietnamese and came to Finland to study when I was 19. Over the years, I wanted to create something that connects my home country of Vietnam and my other home country of Finland. Finnish nature is my greatest inspiration, and Seriha’s products feature hand-embroidered patterns of beautiful plants and animals, reflecting my experiences and love for the Finnish landscape. Seriha brings masterpieces of Vietnamese embroidery art to Finland, supports skilled artisans, and celebrates their stories. Some of the products are made by women who have found their passion for embroidery during maternity leave or by retired women, providing them with additional income or livelihood. Through Seriha, I want to share the beauty of hand embroidery with the world – thank you for supporting handcrafts!
