Customized pieces for Lunar New Year celebration in Vietnam

This year, we were delighted to receive a very special order: designing a custom product for the Tết, the Lunar New Year celebration in Vietnam, for a little Vietnamese-Finnish child. This request touched our hearts deeply, as it beautifully reflects our mission to connect Vietnamese and Finnish cultures through handcrafted artwork.

Creating a special gift for such an important occasion is always a labor of love. From the first sketches to the final product, our artisans carefully paid attention to every detail. The requirements were to combine Finnish minimalism with the vibrant spirit of Tết. To capture the festive atmosphere, the customer chose two of the most iconic Tết flowers: peach blossoms and apricot blossoms. These flowers symbolize renewal, hope, and prosperity in Vietnamese culture, making them the perfect motifs for this special creation.

The result was truly stunning. The products seamlessly combined the simplicity of Finnish design with the vibrancy of traditional Tết flowers, creating a harmonious combination of both cultures. When we presented the finished work to the customer, her warm compliments were the best reward for our efforts. The knowledge that this gift will bring joy to a child and her family during the New Year celebrations fills us with pride and happiness.
